Son of Thomas and Elizabeth Watson, of Awsworth, Nottingham. Elizabeth died 18 March 1887 aged 33 years, Thomas died 24 November 1901 aged 49 years. A sister, Alice, died in Chicago on 18 April 1909 aged 24 years.

Military History

Private Harry Watson enlisted at Nottingham, he died of wounds on 27th August 1915 at Gallipoli and his name is commemorated on the Helles Memorial, Gallipoli
