Family History

Richard Seven Goulder was the son of Thomas Goulder and Sophia Deaball who married at Nottingham in 1895. Their children included: Richard Seven (b.1897), Olive Gwendoline (b.1902) and Edna May (b.1906). They lived at: Easthorpe Street, Ruddington [C.1901]; 7 Landseer Street, Radford [C.1911 & CWGC]. Thomas Goulder, a lace maker, died at Nottingham, either in 1941 or 1948 when he would have aged either 79 or 86. His wife, Sophia, died at Nottingham, aged 83, in 1947.

Military History

Enlisted in Nottingham; killed in action; as his body was not recovered his name was added to Tyne Cot Memorial, West Vlaanderen, Belgium.
