Family History
He was the son of Henry and Elizabeth Fitchett and the brother of Percy, Florence and Elsie Fitchett. In 1911 they lived at 38 Langford Street Sutton in Ashfield Nottinghamshire.
Military History
Private Frank Fitchett, enlisted at Mansfield and served with the 8th Battalion South Staffordshire Regiment, he was killed in action on 27th May 1917. He is commemorated on the Arras Memorial.
