Son of John William and Mary Eveline Loach, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, U.S.A. In 1921, they lived at 8, Carlin Street, Bulwell, Nottingham with Kenneth and an oldedr son John Howard Loach. Kenneth later moved to 64, Commercial Road, Bulwell.

Military history

Lancaster W4770 106 Sqn Take off 18.05 RAF Syerston mission to Hamburg. Hit by Flak of 4/schw Flak Abt 262, 2/schw Flak Abt 611 1, 2 & 4/schw Flak Abt 606 and 3/Res Flak Abt 222, crashing on Lichtenmoor , northeast of Nienburg / Weser between the rivers Weser and Aller. All crew killed, initially buried in Wunsdorf Cemetery. Reinterred 19 June 1947 and buried at Hannover War Cemetery.
