John Sharpe was the son of William Sharpe of 32 Castle Place, Nottingham (Pension card) He lived at 32 Greyfriar Gate Nottingham.
Military History
Private John Sharpe, enlisted at Pontefract and served with the 2/5th Battalion King's Own Yorkshire Light Infantry, was killed in action on 3rd May 1917. He is commemorated on the Arras Memorial.
