Charles Stewart King was the son of Harry and Emily King born Doncaster in 1900. He was the second son of Harry and Emily to die as a result of the war. Their eldest son, Donald Howard King had been killed in Gaza, Palestine in 1917 the family lives at Station House, Ranskill.

Military History

Lance Corporal Charles Stewart King enlisted and served with the Royal Fusiliers in 1918 and died on 16th March 1922 of Diabetes Mellitus (Type 1)
