George William Moore

George William senior was a native and a general labourer of East Markham and lived there with his wife Priscilla who originally came from Tuxford before marrying George. They had a very large family of 13 children, sadly one of whom died in infancy. George William (junior) was born in 1890 at East Markham and was their eldest son his brothers were Frank - Arthur - Fred - Albert and James. In the 1911 census the family are living at York Street, East Markham , George William (junior) is 21 years of age and a general labourer and all his brothers , plus a sister under 1 month of age and not yet named are with him at the address.
