Military History

Sergeant Joseph William West, enlisted at Nottingham and served with the 16th Battalion Nottinghamshire & Derbyshire Regiment (Chatsworth Rifles), he was killed in action on 29th July 1917. He is buried in Vlamertinghe New Military Cemetery, Grave Refernce: VII A 11
