He was the son of John James and Mary Ann Jane Cudworth and the brother of John, Mabel, Royce and Reginald Cudworth. In 1901 they lived at 43 Regent Street Beeston Nottingham. John James and Mary Ann later moved to 33 Imperial Road Beeston.

Military History

Horace Cudworth had probably left the army before the war and was recalled from the Reserve in 1914. He entered theatre (France) 15/1/1915.
