Employment, Education or Hobbies Beeley was educated at the Ellis School, Bar Lane, Basford, Nottingham. He was a prominent member of a local boys' choir which gained many distinctions.
Family History

He was the son of Arthur Cooling Beeley and Winifred Emily Beeley of Cinder Hill Nottinghamshire. He was the husband of Patricia Nora Beeley who kept the Park Tavern public house at Cinder Hill, Nottingham. .

Military History

Beeley was a wireless operator aboard Wellington X LP146 which crashed in Italy. According to 104 Sqdn’s Operations Record Book (TNA Air 27-822-8) ‘AC dispatched to attack the marshalling yards at Turnbul Severin. AC collided in circuit over base at 01.29 hrs and crashed. Entire crew killed. ’ Also killed were Frank Ashbee, Donald Corlyon, Vivian Chadwick and John Rimmer. They had collided with another 104 Sqdn Wellington (UHE344) and its entire crew also perished – FW Gissing, GB Hall, J Bunyan, RD Cunningham and EN Emberon.
