Henry (Harry) was the son of Edward (died 1905 aged 48) and Mary Anne (née Chappell) Jeeves and the brother of Wiiliam Henry (b.1894), Adelaide Mary (b.1897), Elsie May (1900 - 1908) and Frederick Charles (b.1902) Jeeves. In 1901, the family lived at 18, Haven Street, Prospect Street, Radford, Nottingham. In 1908, Mary Anne Jeeves married William Henry Potter, a publican, at Nottingham. In 1911, they lived at 53, Willoughby Street, New Lenton, Nottingham with three of Mary Anne's children (Adelaide, Harry and Frederick) and a son from their marriage, William Henry Potter (b.1908). Mary Anne later lived at 54, Citadel Street, Radford (CWGC).

Military History

CWGC cites 20 as Henry's age at death but his birth was registered J/F/M/1899 and this date is consistent with 1901 and 1911 census data.
