Extra Information

Nigel King contacted the roll of honour to give the following information on Thomas Stephenson and some details of his family. "The reason i'm interested in this Thomas Stephenson 70767 is that I have his 1914 Star Medal. It was given to me by my grandmother in the 1970s. We are no relation to the Stephensons. I think she told me she was given it by a female relative of his mother/sister/wife who didn't want to keep it, too painful a reminder."
