Nottingham Daily Express 25th January 1917: 'The death of munition-worker named Edith Perkins, aged 21, which took place at the Nottingham General Hospital on Saturday, [20th January 1917] formed the subject of an inquiry by the City Coroner C. L. Rothera' Nottingham Evening Post 22nd January 1917: 'An inquest was held in a north midland city today on the body of a munitions worker named Edith Perkins and a verdict in accordance with medical evidence was returned.'
