Family History

He was the son of Richard and Selina Patrick and the brother of George, Sarah, Richard, William, Alexander (killed in action 24/3/1918) and Percy Ewatt Patrick. In 1901 the family lived at 180 London Road and in 1911 at 120 Lady Bay Road West Bridgford (both Nottingham). He was the husband of Sarah Elizabeth (née Henson) Patrick and they lived at 68 Trent Boulevard Lady Bay West Bridgford Nottingham. Sarah later moved to Villa Road Plumtree Nottinghamshire.

Military History

He served in the UK from 24/5/1916 until 28/7/1917. His Army Service Record Survives only in fragments.
