Family History

Henry Mellors was the son of George and Alice Mellors and the brother of George F, Charles W, Gertrude, Alice E, Arthur and Horace Mellors. 1n,1891, the family lived at Langwith Works, Langwith, Worksop, Nottinghamshire. By 1901, they had moved to (Cotton Mill), Nether Langwith. Henry was the husband of Leone (née Shaw) Mellors and the father of Oscar Mellors (1904 -1935). In 1911, they lived at 6, Osborne Street, Annesley Woodhouse, Kirkby in Ashfield. In 1939, Leone Mellors was a maid/companion at West Porlock, Somerset. She died at Nottingham aged 78 in 1962.
