Husband of Kate Smith, of 6, Dean St., Hollow Stone, Nottingham. Sisters Annie and Lizzie.
Missing since 14 February, officially reported killed November 1916. He has no known grave and is commemorated on the Ypres (Menin Gate) Memorial.
