He was the husband of Elizabeth (née Buck) Miller and the father of Leonard and Edith Miller. In 1911 they lived at 41, Festus Street, Sneinton, Nottingham. Elizabeth married Harry Hibbs at Nottingham in 1918.

Military History

Miller served with 4th Bde Ammunition, Royal Field Artillery in Mesopotamia. He took part in the advance to Baghdad under General Maude, but died of dysentery. (Nottingham Evening Post June 29, 1917). He was buried at Amara War Cemetery (X111. H. 2)
