Family History
He was the son of Robert and Maria Pheasey and the brother of Ernest, Robert (died Nottingham 1911), Frederick (killed in action 15/10/1917) and Gertrude Pheasey. In 1891 they lived at 31 Storer Street Sneinton Nottingham. In 1901 he was living in barracks at Dover. In 1911 he married Mary F Peel at Sheffield and their son George was born in 1912.
