Arthur Frederick Bull was born in 1893 in Nottingham, the son of Edwin John a clerk and Sarah Elizabeth Bull of 15 Truman Street, Nottingham. Edwin John Bull was born in 1847 at Nottingham, Sarah Elizabeth was born in 1859 at Lincoln, they were married C1886 and went on to have 3 children, sadly 2 died in infancy or early childhood. In 1911 the family are living at 42 Truman Street, Nottingham, Edwin John is 64 yrs and is a clerk and Arthur Frederick is 18 yrs and a butcher
Acting Bombardier Arthur Frederick Bull enlisted at Nottingham, he died of wounds on 20th September 1917 and is buried at Bedford House Cemetery, Belgium.
