Family History
Son of William H.(coalminer) and Ruth Cadwallender. When Harry was 8 months old his parents were boarding at 6, Boathouse Terrace, Cambois Colliery, Bedlington, Northumberland. By 1891 they had moved to Chesterfield, Derbys and were living at 8, Mill Street and by 1901 were living at 9, Hardwick Street, Harry being employed as a House Painter. He married Annie Field in 1909 and they had a son, Harry, born 1915.
