Harry married Edith Warsop (born 6th July 1894) in 1915 at Nottingham, they lived at 3 Wigley Terrace, Blue Bell Hill Road. Following his death she was awarded a pension of 13 shillings and 9 pence a week which commenced on 6th May 1918.

Military History
