Enlisted on 27th January 1915.
On 3rd January 1917 he was Discharged Being of No-longer Physically Fit for War Service.
Report of Medical Board 13th December 1916.
Originated during January 1916. Suffered with colds in his chest on and off but did not go to hospital till 29th July at Calais with bronchitis. He has open areas and infections. One attack of haemorhage (slight) from lungs 26/9/1916. Cough very troublesome Sputum : TB positive.
Fine at the end of conscription. The result of active service. Impossible to save if permanent.
