Old Elizabethan's Society Roll of Service:
Captain James Fletcher died of typhoid fever in India, whilst serving in the Army Dental Corps. He joined the forces in November 1939 and served abroad in the Western Desert, Cyprus, Iraq and India. His final resting place is in the cemetery at Kandy, Ceylon
