Family History
He was the son of Lilian May Allen and the brother of Leonard Bertie Allen. In 1911 they lived at 10 Riddings Terrace, Wellington Street, Alfred Street Central, Nottingham. In 1915, he married Violet Millichamp who lived in 1911 at 62, Norton Street, Radford, Nottingham. Violet married Sidney Raynor in 1923 and in 1939 they lived at 59, Radford Boulevard, Nottingham.
