A paper Roll of Honour, the decoration includes the City's coat of arms, the original was framed and glazed. The Roll of Honour was held in Nottingham Corporation's offices on Woodborough Road, Nottingham, but was later moved to East Midlands Gas Board HQ in Lenton, Nottingham. When this centre closed the memorial was moved to the National Museum of Labour History in Manchester where it is currently housed. Corporation of Nottingham Gas Department, Distribution Centre, Woodborough Road.' Note: Sanday's surname is transcribed as 'Sandy'.
