Siblings: John Frederick (1890), Olive Elsie (1892) and Edith Lilian (1907).
He married Maisie Benson from 2 Sadler Street, Mansfield in 1934 and they had 2 children, John C born in 1938 and Adrian C in 1940, both were born in Mansfield.
Maisie remarried in 1949 to Heinz E C Wollin.
Based with 5 Group at RAF North Luddenham, Rutland, He died of a gun-shot wound at approx 11:55 hrs at RAF North Luffenham.
