He was the son of Henry and Mary Blore and the brother of Ada, Gertude, Flora, Margaret, Emily and Albert Blore. In 1911, they lived at 81, Sneinton Road, Nottingham.
3rd Bn Walter Blore enlisted at Toronto, Canada, on 12th May 1915 and arrived in France on 22nd December 1915. Menin Gate: Panel 18-24-26-30
