Military History

Private Albert Edward Hoffen, served with the 2nd Battalion Sherwood Foresters (Nottinghamshire & Derbyshire) Regiment, he was killed in action on 12th April 1917. He is buried in Noeux-les-Mines Communal Cemetery,(grave ref l.R.22).
