He was the son of William and Kate Dolphin Wragg and the brother of Catherine, Percy and Eksie Wragg. In 1911 they lived at 1 stretton Street Union Road St Ann's Nottingham.

Military History

He was reported missing on 21 March 1918 but his death was not confirmed until the following year. He has no known grave and is commemorated on the Pozieres Memorial (Panel 52 to 54).

Nottingham Evening Post Roll of Honour 12 December 1919. 'WRAGG, Corporal Fred Wragg, youngest son of W and KD Wragg, reported wounded and missing March 21st 1918 now presumed killed.'
