He was the son of John and Mary Parker. In 1911 they lived at 32 Cross Street Carlton Road Nottingha. He was the husband of Ethel (née Hook) Parker and in 1911 they lived at 3 Beauchamp Street Carlton Road. Ethel married Arthur Hill at Nottingham in 1921.

Military History

He died of wounds. He has no known grave and is commemorated on the Thiepval Memorial.
