He was the son of John and Eliza Kate Page of 3 St Chad's Road, Sneinton, Nottingham (CWGC). His mother married secondly William Osgarby and died on 24 November 1923 aged 72.

Military History

Private Frank Osgarby Page enlisted at Nottingham and initially served with service number 65366 in the Sherwood Foresters (Nottinghamshire & Derbyshire) Regiment, later transferring to the 229th Company Machine Gun Corps (Infantry). He was killed in action on 1st November 1917 in Palestine and is buried in Gaza War Cemetery.

Also to the dear memory of Pte. Frank Page, MGC, youngest son of the above JL & EK Page, killed in action in Palestine Novr. 1st 1917 aged 26 years. To live in hearts we love is not to die.
