He was the son of Fred and Annie Buckberry and the brother of John, Fred, Thomas, Emma, Annie, Walter and Robert Buckberry. In 1911 they lived at 37 Wesley Street Annesley Woodhouse Nottinghamshire.
Military History
Private George Buckberry went to France 10th November 1915 and was killed in action, 8th March 1917, age 22, during the attack at Kite Copse, near Gommecourt, France. Buried/Commemorated : Foncquevillers Military Cemetery, France. Plot 3. Row D. Grave 6.
