Family History

He was the son of Everett and Elizabeth Revill, living at 75 Lambert Street, Hyson Green, in 1911. He was the husband of Elsie May (née Marriott) Revill and the father of John Charles Revill. In 1911 they were lodging at 14 Slater Street Sutton in Ashfield.

Military History

Private. Bernard Revill, enlisted at Hucknall and served with the 1st Battalion South Staffordshire Regiment. He landed in France on 8th December 1915 and died of wounds on 19th July 1916. He is buried in St. Sever Cemetery, Rouen.
