Albert Allen

Albert Allen was born in 1883 he was the son of the late Edward a frame work knitter and the late Sarah Allen née Witham. Edward was born in 1834 at Sutton in Ashfield he died in 1908 he was aged 74 yrs, Sarah Witham was born in 1840 at Sutton in Ashfield she died in 1895 aged 55 yrs, they were married on 19th November 1865 at St Edmunds Church, Mansfiedl Woodhouse, they had 4 children, In 1911 he was boarding on Southwell Road Kirkby in Ashfield he is 27 yrs and a colliery banksman he is boarding with John Henry Clover 57 yrs a coal miner hewer and his wife Sarah
