He was the son of William and Emma Perrons (later Perry) and the brother of Thomas and Alice Perrons. In 1901 they lived with Emma's second husband Edmund Perry at 19 Commercial Road and in 1911 at 5 Elm Terrace Spring Close (both Lenton Nottingham). William Henry was the husband of Kate L (née Morley) Perrons.
