He was the son of the late William and Emma Eliza Perrons née Shephard (later Perry) and the brother of Thomas and Alice Perrons.
His father William was born in 1864 at Radford, he died in 1898 he was34 yrs old, his mother Emma Eliza Shephard was born in 1863 at Lenton they were married in 1884 at Nottingham they had 4 children,Herbert Thomas b1885, William Henry b1888, Thomas Alfred born 1889 and Alice b1894.
His mother went on to marry Edmund Perry (born 1864 at Calais, France,) they were married on 10th November 1900 at Lenton Priory Church,
In 1901 they lived with Emma's second husband Edmund Perry at 19 Commercial Road and in 1911 at 5 Elm Terrace Spring Close (both Lenton Nottingham).
In the 1911 census Edmund Perry 47 yrs is a rope works labourer, he is living with Emma Perry 47 yrs and her children, William Perrons 24 yrs a cycle fitter,Thomas Perrons 21 yrs an iron plate worke, and Alice Perrons 17 yrs a lace mender.
William Henry was the husband of Kate Louisa Morley ( born 10th December 1882) they were married on 5th August 1912 at Lenton Priory Church, they lived at 5 Elm Tree Terrace, Spring Close, Lenton.
Commencing 1st January 1919 his widow was awarded a pension of 23 shillings and 10 pence a week.
Lance Corporal William Henry Perrons enlisted at Nottingham whilst residing at Radford, he served with the 1st battalion Cameronian Regiment, he was killed in action on 20th May 1917, having no known grave his name is commemorated on the Arras Memorial. Bay 6
