21 May 1942 Oxford B9207 No 14 P AFU RAF Ossington. Weather deteriorated rapidly with ground mist and low cloud. Caught out by the weather, attempted to make a low circuit but crashed at Hall Farm, Egmanton killing both crew.

Sgt Thomas Campbell RCAF - Sgt Thomas had been a gunner with the 2/91st Battery, Royal Canadian Artillery, from 22/8/1940 to 28/5/1941 before joining the RCAF. Buried at Tuxford.
Sgt Norman Keenan - Both killed.
