Family history

He was the youngest son of Henry and Eliza Quanborough of 81, West Street, Retford, Nottinghamshire. He was the husband of Gwendoline Ellen Quanborough. Three of Bernard's brothers, William, Frank and John, also served in the army during World War Two.
