Family history
Son of Sam and Mary Baker of 65 Hibbert Crescent Sutton in Ashfield. Eric was an only child and in 1911 he lived with his paternal grand parents, James and Priscilla Baker at 147 New Annesley.
He was baptised at All Saints Church Annesley on the 6th June 1909.
He married Ida Joan Flinton in early 1940 and their son, James F was born late 1940.
Ida married again in 1952 to Newrick Barlow.
Ida was living with her parents at 5 Church Street, Pleasley Hill in 1939.
