GRANDCOURT WAR CEMETERY A 7.

Jackson was the pilot of Boston III AL766 which took off from Bradwell Bay, Essex at 11.57 on February 13th 1942. His navigator John Leboldus was also killed when the aircraft crashed near the French coast probably as a result of enemy Flak. They were on a 'Nickel' sortie which would have involved dropping propaganda leaflets over Nantes.
