24 April 1941 Avro Tutor K4814 2 CFS (Central Flying School) RAF Cranwell. Seen flying at below the minimum authorised height of 250ft, lost more height during a right hand turn. Collided with a tree and crashed in flames at Langford Moor, Coddington, killing both crew.
