Blenheim R3661 RAF Detling, Kent, failed to return after Armed Recce operation to Vlissingen, Zeeland. Shot down by a Messerschmitt Bf 109E piloted by Fw Georg Kiening I/JG54 (KIA 30/6/41) came down at Klemskerke into the mouth of the Scheldt River, Belgium.
