F/Sgt Melvin Kahn (Kohin) RCAF - Son of Theodore and Minnie Kahn née Malovany (both born in Podlaskie, Poland) Naturalised Canadians, of Los Angeles, California, USA, killed. He was buried at the Jewish Cemetery, Old Road, Wilford Hill, Nottingham. Flight Sergeant Kahn enlisted in the RCAF in August 1941 and took his training at Toronto, Eglinton Hunt Club, and Trenton.
