Driver Wilfred Haynes aged 24 of the Tank Transport R.A.S.C. husband of Mrs Mabel Haynes 18 Sylvester Street, Mansfield and the younger son of Mr & Mrs F Haynes, 24 Mansfield Road, Mansfield woodhouse. Who died as the result of an accident to the vehicle he was driving. He was interred at mansfield Woodhouse New Cemetery on 30th July.
Six R.A.S.C soldiers acted as bearers and six soldiers from Scotland where he was killed were in attendance.
