LAC Bros was found under the motorcycle and had died from a fracture to the base of the skull, with open fractures to the right arm and leg. LAC Hieronim Galecki the owner of the motorcycle had bought the machine 2 weeks prior and had given it to LAC Bros for repair, he had no knowledge of the motorcycle being ridden on the road.
