Died of Pulmonary Tuberculosis at 105 General Hospital, Bonegilla, Victoria, Australia.
HMS Implacable was an aircraft carrier. In March 1945 she left England for the Pacific. After the war against the Japanese ended she stayed in the Pacific and from January 1946 she undertook a tour of ports around Australia prior to undergoing a re-fit in Sydney from 25th march 1946.
