Military history

Blenheim T2234 took off 19.29 from RAF Manston on Anti Shipping mission. Hit by Flak at sea and ditched 19 miles off Dungeness. The crew were witnessed exiting the aircraft but never found, all 3 crew MIA. 101 Sqn attacked shipping off Boulogne, Blenheim's T2234 and T1825 were shot down during this action both crews of 3 were lost.
