Lockheed Hudson I N7270, QX-V, RAF Leuchars, Fife, took off at 06.25 to bomb ammunition dump at Sola, Norway. Shot down at 09.00 by flak of 92nd Flak Regiment off Stavanger killing all crew. N7270 was 1 of 3 Hudson's shot down on the raid resulting in 2 KIA and 10 MIA.
