Parents: Robert and Sarah Kirk of Bolsover. Widow: Beatrice Daisy, nee Lawrence, married in Luton in 1915. Thier daughter, Edna M was born in Luton in the summer of 1916. Beatrice lived at 154 Wellington Street, Luton.

Attested 21/10/1914. Died of gunshot wounds to thigh and abdomen. Beatrice was awarded a pension of 18 shillings and 9 pence for her self and one child. Items returned; ID disc, 3 stamps, cigarettes, pipe, photographs, diary, false teeth and wallet.
