Family History
He was the husband of Mabel (née Cooper) Williams and the father of Ida Williams. In 1911 they lived with Mabel's family at 12 Neville Grove Healey Street Kirkwhite Street Meadows Nottingham.
Military History
Private Charles Williams, served with the 2nd Battalion Leicestershire Regiment, he was killed in action in Mesopotamia on 23rd April 1917. He is commemorated on the Basra Memorial.
