Family History
George Henry Francis was the son of George Francis and Annie Beeson who married at Nottingham in 1868. Among their children were: Herbert (b.1869), Jane Ann (b.1873), Frederick (b.1879) and George Henry (b.1881). They lived at: 10 Hutchinson Street, Nottingham [C.1871]; Union Terrace, St Ann’s [C.1881]; 6 Radford Grove Lane, Radford [C.1901]; 15 Baron Street, Radford [C.1911]. George Francis, who was a lace draughtsman, died at Nottingham, aged 61, in 1910. His widow, Ann, died at Nottingham, aged 70, in 1921.
